„Friendly Healthcare” Programme is the largest in Poland recommendation system to encourage patients to use the services certified quality provided by the Clinics. To join the „Friendly Healthcare” Networking Programme, the Clinic must contact us first. To do so, please contact our auditor phone (details below) or fill out the contact form below.

Since 8 May 2013 to join the Programme, a Clinic may choose one of two possible procedures:

Verification

As part of the verification procedure, Programme Bureau examines whether the Clinic meets the following criteria:

Criterion 1: Satisfied Patients
Criterion 2: Functional infrastructure facility and its labeling
Criterion 3: Implemented standards of patient care
Criterion 4: Patient rights respected
Criterion 5: Innovation in the Clinic

It’s a low cost procedure. As the result a report is made describing the level of performance criteria. If the report shows that the Clinic meets the criteria, it obtains a Friendly Healthcare” certificate and promotional emblem and joins to Networking Programme.

„Friendly Healthcare” Audit
Audit is carried out in the Clinic. It does not require complicated paperwork and proceeds (since contacting to the auditor and arrange an appointment) in just a few steps:

Step 1: First audit visit
During the first visit, auditor and audit consultant examine the effectiveness of existing operations in the following areas:


- The availability and patient service (operational hours, patient registration system, on-line system, patient-centered communication standards, comfortable waiting room)
- Comprehensive diagnostic services and outpatient care,
- Existing promotion and information system
- Building the capacity of the organization (training of human resources, motivation system).
 

Efficiency test consists of two parts. The first is a visit of "The Mysterious Patient". The second one is an interview with the manager of the audited Clinic. The interview lasts for approximately 2,5 hours.

Step 2: Second audit visit and provide and audit report
During the second visit, the audit report is discussed with the Clinic manager. The audit report includes recommendations for improvement. Clinic manager receives a certificate of participation in the Programme. The report shows evaluation results in the audited areas as well as expert recommendations for future improvements. It also contains a list of outstanding assets in relation to the median outpatient clinic in Poland.

Step 3: Decision on certification and awarding Friendly Healthcare” emblem
Friendly Healthcare” certificate and emblem may be granted to the top rated Clinics in the audit. The decision is taken by Friendly Healthcare” Jury on the basis of the audit result: number of points and auditor’s recommendation.

Step 4: The package of benefits for the Friendly Healthcare” Clinics
Friendly Healthcare” Certificate gives access on preferential terms to the package of benefits including promotion services, access to the Knowledge Base”, legal services, training and consulting programs.
